Responsibilities in this Role
As a Sales Agronomist for Hefty, your main priority is establishing, nurturing, and growing relationships with growers. 90% of your working day will be spent talking to growers, discussing their current successes and struggles, and designing a chemical solution to ease their current pressures and increase their results. You will be responsible for learning and becoming fluent in all rebate programs/financing options Hefty has to offer and use these to benefit your growers to the fullest. Being ambitious enough to seek out all possible learning opportunities where products are concerned and possessing the ability to explain them in a language that anyone can understand will define your success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
