Essential Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Multi-Site Manager for our New Richmond/Milltown locations to lead timely and efficient handling of products and services while directing work activities of the site. The role includes supervision of personnel, procurement, safety, product inventory, maintenance programs, project management, product integrity, member relationships, and regulatory and compliance.

  • Lead and monitor financial results and other business metrics
  • Manage daily operational processes, coordination, and efficiencies
  • Supervise efficient loading and unloading of merchandise
  • Lead budgeting, CapEx planning, and R&M expenses
  • Highly accurate inventory management
  • Manage, direct, and motivate personnel in day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities for personnel
  • Enforce safety and all policies and procedures
  • Observe and enforce OSHA provisions
  • Ensure housekeeping and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate operations activities ensuring goals are accomplished timely and efficiently
  • Review daily usage, inventory, and investigate/correct discrepancies
  • Understand flow of materials, incoming and outgoing, and establish standard processes and procedures
  • Provide direction, development, coaching, and training to employees
  • Manage human resources and finances in a smart and efficient manner
  • Facilitate seasonal staffing needs and delegate workload accordingly
  • Take pride in plant organization and cleanliness
  • Ensure safety standards are always followed
  • Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
  • Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in agriculture, operations, or related field preferred
  • Five years agriculture and operations experience preferred
  • Minimum three years people management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Class A CDL preferred (will help obtain)
  • Build member relationships by listening and reacting to the needs of customers
  • Organize work and efficiently allocate time to complete work
  • Take pride and ownership in the maintenance of equipment and facilities
