Brundage Activity Barn Outdoor Team Members are excited about their work, enthusiastic about providing top-notch service to our guests, and bring a sense of fun every day. Team Members are excited to be outdoors and comfortable in winter conditions. The Activity Barn is located south of McCall and is open Friday-Sunday plus weekdays during the holidays. A typical week will be 20 hours of work. Team Members take pride in ensuring guests are safely enjoying the tubing lanes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Launch tubes loaded with kids and adults down a snowy groomed hill.
Safely operate the conveyor lift while assisting guests with loading/unloading by foot.
Communicate with guests how to safely move around and enjoy the tubing hill.
Daily snow removal, maintenance of tubing area, and general cleaning of property.
Setup, transport, and take down fencing, signage and mats daily.
Ensure tubing lanes and lift stations are free of hazards.
Opportunity to assist with the selling of lift tickets and food service.
Job Qualifications:
Comfortable working outside in a winter environment.
Communicate clearly and concisely with guests and team members.
Enjoy guest interactions and inspire others to perform at a higher level of service.
Integrity and responsibility to enforce safe standards and practices.
Able to work most weekends, flexible to work additional days or hours based on business needs around the holidays.
No prior work experience needed.

Compensation for position is $15.00/hrAnticipated work is 18 hours a week (Friday Sunday)
