Job Description

CHUPP Implement Company in Pryor Oklahoma is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our-team as a Salesperson. The right person will have good organization and computer skills while successfully helping customers identify solutions that will fulfill their-agricultural machinery needs. Experience in agriculture and equipment is highly preferred.

About the Company:

CHUPP Implement Company is the oldest continuous family owned Massey-Ferguson and New Holland dealer in Eastern Oklahoma, as well as, the oldest Bush Hog dealer in Oklahoma, if not in the United States. We started in December of 1948 as Farmer’s Feed and Supply. In February of 1950 we became a Massey-Harris and New Holland farm equipment dealership and changed the name to CHUPP Implement Company. On January 1st, 2018, Tim McCrate purchased the dealership from Bill Chupp, Jr. Tim comes from a family with a long history of farm equipment experience. Tim is married to a very supportive wife Christy and they have two boys Tyler and Nick. Tim lives by the golden rule of treating others as you want to be treated. The McCrate family is active in their church, FFA and many other community organizations.

General Responsibilities:

· Communicate the feature sand benefits of all related equipment and the value that CHUPP Implement Company can deliver to our customer’s needs

· On-going development of technical knowledge and equipment and the value it delivers

  • Prior Ag sales experience preferred
  • Ability to organize, manage, and actively participate in all activities necessary to generate leads and identify prospective business opportunities
  • Can identify key customer prospects and decision makers and develop plans to effectively communicate and build relationships with these contacts
  • Can manage business opportunities through all phases of the process including identification, qualification, proposal, development, negotiation, closing, and follow-up
  • Persistently interacts with customers to identify their business needs
  • Candidate must be able to meet insurable driving status
  • Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

Pay is primarily commission and bonus based.

Business Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. and Saturdays 8:00 A.M. to Noon
