Job Description

Experience: Holds an up to date SC Teaching certificate for Agriculture Education

Description: Barnwell County Career Center is looking for an agriculture education teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.

Responsibilities

Daily teaching duties include class lecture, lesson planning, and classroom management.
Analyze data to improve instruction and model instructional strategies which promote student achievement
Effectively communicates with students, parents, and other stakeholders
Evaluating students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives.
Maintaining program certification requirements, as appropriate.
Preparing and maintaining required documentation and administrative reports.
Ensuring safety and security requirements are met in the classroom and laboratory areas.
Assisting with student recruitment and retention efforts.
Maintaining student records
Commit to following state guidelines as set forth by Clemson University
