Cox Tractor is currently seeking a Skilled Farm Equipment Technician/Mechanic
Responsibilities:
· Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on tractors and hay tools
· Maintain technical and product knowledge of New Holland and Mahindra products
· Communicate professionally with service manager, manufacturer, sales personnel, and customer
· Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines
· Maintain clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
· Certificate or degree from college or technical school related to field or 2+ year of agricultural technician experience
· Ability to perform advanced repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures
· Manufacturer Certifications in diesel technologies, preferred
· Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment
· Ability to learn and operate computer systems required in the service technician role
· Ability to operate agriculture equipment
· Excellent communication skills and strong focus on providing excellent customer service
· Valid driver’s license required
