N-Drip Gravity Micro Irrigation’s mission is to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. N-Drip’s gravity-powered micro-irrigation system helps farmers irrigate precisely and efficiently, optimizing yields without requiring expensive pumps or pressure-based filters. We’re hiring a full-time, year-round Irrigation Technician located in Central AZ or Yuma, Casa Grande, and Greater Phoenix areas.

We offer a competitive salary highly dependent on experience, along with health benefits after an evaluated trial period. All daily travel expenses and occasional overnight stays are covered by the company. This role might be for you if:

Possess hands-on experience in the following fields: Agriculture, agronomy, farming, precision agriculture, turf, hardscape, landscaping, ranching, general maintenance, plumbing, and irrigation.

Willing to travel daily with occasional overnight stays.

Daily Tasks:
Total installation of drip irrigation and components.
Maintain and operate irrigation systems at multiple farms and project sites.
Observe and report irrigation system data.
Ongoing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of existing and N-Drip systems.
Provide on-site customer support throughout the United States, not limited to Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nebraska.

Requirements:
Personal or professional technical irrigation experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability and willingness to work outside in all seasons.
Ability to lift 50 pounds with no mobility limitations.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and locations.
