Tilleman Equipment is looking for an expeienced Parts Counter Person to join our team. This position is a 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday with an occasional Saturday.
Assist Customers with their parts needs.
Accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory control.
Work with Service Manager, Advisors, and Technicians to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs.
Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
Knowledge and compliance with federal, state and local regulations that effect opperation.
Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
Maintain and stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and keep computer system up to date.
Implement and carry out safety requirements.
Demonstrate behavior within the Company’s Core Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Assist with general dealership operation as requested.
2+ years of related experience in an agriculture parts position preferred.
Ability to use a computer and basic computer applications
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
High School diploma or equivalent
Detailed oriented and organized
Must beable to lift 50 to 75 lbs
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and driving record check
