Agriculture Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Agriculture Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming, with the ability to operate various types of farm machinery and equipment. CDL’s a plus but not needed. Hours vary but during harvest can be upwards of 60 hours a week. We start the day at 7 am.

Duties

• Operate and maintain farm machinery, including forklifts and heavy equipment such as tractors.
• Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops.
• Conduct irrigation activities to ensure optimal water supply for crops.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks around the farm.
• Repair and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Engage in welding tasks for equipment repair as necessary.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in an agricultural setting is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting requirements associated with farming tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
