$17.00 to $20.00 /hour Depending On Experience, plus benefits
Agwrx Cooperative is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full time Agronomy Custom Applicator position. We are looking for an individual who will flourish in a high paced environment, that will also pay close attention to detail while taking pride in their work.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to obtain/maintain a commercial applicators license
- Apply fertilizer and crop protection products
- Turn in all application sheets daily
- Help retain customers through providing quality customer service with a positive attitude
- Assist with the maintenance/repair of equipment to insure it is in ideal operating condition
- Assist in the Grain Department and Feed Mill when necessary
- Ability to receive and understand direction
- Drive truck
- Must meet all DOT Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and carrying 50lbs – 75lbs
- Able to work efficiently in a dusty grain environment
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prefer at least 1 year of experience and Class A CDL
- Currently have applicator license or the ability to obtain an applicator license.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (Standards hours 8:00am-5:00pm) (Extended seasonal hours and OT)

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
