Serving as the primary point of contact for the Agronomy Division, in addition to being responsible for Precision Ag software maintenance and other projects within the division

Help perform data analysis to assist the team on streamlining and improving processes such as inventory, purchasing and logistics

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This position will be tasked with the following key objectives:
Support Division Director with vendor contracts; serve as the primary contact for vendor challenges and helping find resolution to issues
Provide administrative support in a variety of ways for the Division
Support Agronomy Operations Managers in inventory purchasing from initial submission through delivery of order
Use data mining to extract information from various software/equipment platforms to identify correlations and patterns to propose process or system changes to improve efficiencies
Some positions will have the following work environment qualities.
This role will primarily be located at our Orange location, with opportunities to travel some to our Madison location and other EverGRO locations on occasion

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.
A high school diploma/GED equivalent
A valid Driver’s License
At least three (3) years of professional experience, preferably in administration, inventory, procurement-type positions
Working knowledge of experience within the agriculture industry
Preferred knowledge and experience in agronomy/agriculture, preferably with seed, chemicals, inventory, crop protectants, etc.
Preferred two-year degree or more in an Agriculture related field of study
Dedication to safety and compliance
A passion and enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs
A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
