Agronomy Manager Responsibilities:

Drive sales of agronomy and associated products to farmers.
Collaborate with the Agronomy team to formulate objectives and strategic plans.
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge encompassing agronomy products and services.
Offer expert recommendations to growers regarding diverse agronomic products.

Agronomy Manager Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Self-motivated, driven by ambition and goals.
Demonstrated track record of achievement.
Preferred: Over 2 years of sales experience in agronomy-related sales.
Bonus: Previous management experience.
Essential: Background in Agronomy/Agriculture.

Compensation:

Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $130,000, complemented by bonuses.
