Agronomy Operations in Rogers, ND

Job Description

We are seeking an Agronomy Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, spreadsheets, word processing, and accounting and/or precision Ag Software.
Responsibilities:

Assist in counting and reconciling agronomy product inventories.
Communicate with management about products being sold or prepaid and any problems with products, programs, or customers.
Participate in agronomy operations such as loading out chemical orders, treating and delivering seed, field scouting and mapping.
Coordinate with operations manager on the spreading, spraying, and delivery of bulk fertilizer to assure the cost-effective use of equipment.
Work with Operations Manager to enhance seed cleaning practices and processes to enhance efficiency.
Understand the business functions of our employee team and assist the team in improving the efficiency and profitability of Trilogy Ag Group.
Establish and maintain effective public relations through customer education and the promotion of new products.
Review of customer agronomy accounts receivable.
Assist in development, communication, and implementation of customer education meetings as well as any fertilizer programs or seed and chemical programs offered by Trilogy Ag Group.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Accounting or related field or 3+ years of experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
