Overview/Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to other team members.
Develop and maintain grower relationships.
Cultivate new and solidify existing client relatinships through various marketing concepts.
Coach and develop sales strategies with clients and employees.
Use a needs based approach to sell products and features to provide solutions to grower needs.
Work as the professional in the field to answer any grower based concerns on products, their uses, and the industry.
Give knowledge, price quotes, as well as other bid specifications to growers.
Provides leadership to employees and growers in the development and implementation of short and long-term plans regarding product purchasing, placement, programs in the market.
Effectively communicate with all other branches of the organization to encompass the needs of growers, employees and company.
Price and earn business of key accounts.
Challenge organization design to deliver value to our customers and organization.
Must possess the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Ag Related Field, or
Comparable record of sales leadership experencie.
Three years of sales experience
Communication skills both verbal and written
Negotiation, Sales and Customer Service Experience
Leadership skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
