JOB PURPOSE
The Loadout Team Member is responsible for loading market hogs from commercial finisher buildings being delivered to the processing plant under direction of the Loadout Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Sort and loadout market hogs while ensuring all loadout and animal handling procedures are followed.
Ensure that all Seaboard Foods loadout, animal handling, and safety guide procedures and guidelines are always followed by all team members
Properly wear all personal protective equipment outlined in the company standard operating procedures (SOP)
Follow all biosecurity guidelines while performing all job duties
Properly wash, disinfect and store equipment and clothing as needed and scheduled.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining office areas.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and sometimes push/and or move up to 300 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORKENVIRONMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is commonly exposed to airborne particles and gases at low concentrations. The employee is frequently exposed to waste material, feed and hog dust.
