Farm Labor position for Eastgate Farms, Inc.

Northfield area farm full time, permanent help wanted. Open immediately. Progressive area turkey farm is seeking full time employee. Farm labor position raising turkeys. 45-hour standard work week Monday through Friday. Tractor driving and equipment operation and working with livestock or poultry experience helpful. Must have valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work. Hours 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; partial day chores alternating weekends. Send resume or request for application form.

Compensation:

Starting wages $16.00 with housing to $20.00 per hour. Overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate. Employer-funded 401k plan. Opportunity for full time permanent employment and farm manager job with benefits including paid holidays, personal time off and vacation.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
