About us: Black Creek Quail Farm is a small, family owned and operated business that has raised and distributed North American BobWhite Quail for over 30 years across the southeast. Job Description: We are looking to hire a full-time employee to work with others day to day on the farm, carrying out various duties and implementing job processes. We work in an ever changing environment, therefore, candidates must have leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions. Professionalism and respect to others is required.
Requirements: Alabama drivers license, no criminal record, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, some form of higher education, self-driven, punctual, good attitude, willingness, able to learn quickly, communication skills, technological, natural leader, independent, organized, willing and able to work extended hours and outside normal working hours as needed, attention to detail, takes pride in their work. No farm experience is required.
