Silver Buckle Ranch in Brush Prairie, Wa is seeking a Evening Barn hand. We are currently hiring for two separate shifts (applicants may apply for both): Wed-Fri, and Sat/Sun.
Required:
*5:00-7:30pm availability *Ages 18+ *Can work independently, and follow guidelines *prior horse handling experience
Ideal but not required:
*Great customer service skills *Prior barn hand experience
Duties include:
*Feeding hay and prepackaged grain *filling troughs and water buckets *Bringing horses in from turnout. *Blanketing, Masks, fly sheets (seasonal) *Hoof Picking (seasonal)
Applicant will need to be responsible, friendly, comfortable with horses of all shapes and sizes, and have reliable transportation and good communication skills.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $15.74/hour.
