Naples Therapeutic Riding Center in Naples, FL is seeking a full-time Barn Manager to manage all aspects of the barn and equine resources to insure optimumcontribution to the NTRC programs.
Position opening begins in late November 2023.
Training and Experience Preferred:
Equine Training and handling expertise
Equine Care, Nutrition, and Maintenance expertise
Equine Management expertise
Equine Care Knowledge
PATH Intl. Certified Instructor or be willing to get certified
Requirements:
Participate in NTRC staff meetings
Participate on NTRC committees, and in continuing education as assigned by Executive Director
Train as a side walker
Assist in lessons as needed
Assist in planning and implementation of NTRC fundraising events
Other Information: The schedule varies depending on the needs of the herd andemergencies on the property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
