Barn / Property Manager in Rollingbay, WA

Job Description

Oversees daily operations of an 18 stall equine facility. Works closely with the 2 full time stall techs and equine professionals to offer the highest standard of horse care within available resources.

The job is anticipated to involve direct, supervisory, and administrative work; it requires flexible hours, including work on weekends and holidays as needed. Daily responsibilities include horse and barn maintenance, arena maintenance, communicating with clients and equine professionals, supervising staff, invoicing, record keeping, and purchasing and organizing farm supplies.

Barn Manager and President will meet weekly (or as needed) to discuss status of the operation and quarterly to review financials, operations, future goals and concerns.

Compensation currently includes salary of $50-55k, on-site housing and related utilities (valued at $30k/year); 1 horse boarding (valued at $12k/year); private tack room; 7 paid holidays plus 2 weeks of PTO
