Poultry: Broiler Farm Manager Trainee

Job Description: Allows you to learn and become efficient in all aspects of the company system and the poultry industry standards.

Learns, demonstrates capability/knowledge and becomes efficient in all department areas including fulfilling all the requirements and responsibilities listed in company technical manuals.

Gains a solid understanding of and ability to implement company systems such as poultry production processes, animal flow, farm health, husbandry, etc.

Performs and masters all hourly jobs under supervision. Becomes efficient in each job after showing competence and skill/understanding in each.

Educational Requirements: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Animal Science or related field preferred.

Salary: Salary dependent upon experience and education.
