SUMMARY Responsible for providing comprehensive commercial and farm team support by assisting account managers with service transactions; processing renewals and endorsements to policies for farm accounts from the Daily Transaction Reports; in addition to assisting with requoting farm accounts as directed. Maintain excellent relationships with account managers, producers and companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Log daily policy transactions from carrier electronic reports, and/or physical mail received.
Verifying all transactions were processed correctly by updating EPIC Policy Application and Billing screens, and adding, updating and/or closing activities.
Assist with Requoting of Farm Accounts
Assist in maintaining the agency management system client files and ensure proper documentation according to agency procedures and within agency timelines.
Assist Account Managers with claims documentation for non-downloaded claims transactions and assist as needed with claims submissions
Assist Account Managers with renewal file prep, submitting changes, issuing proofs of insurance (Certificates, Evidences and ID Cards)
Process policy DNOC transactions from Daily Transaction Logs on carrier websites.
Attend producer/account manager renewal meetings (and client meetings), as needed.
Attend CL Account Manager Meetings.
Participate in courses for insurance skills and CE credits.
Keep current with industry trends by reading appropriate journals and company bulletins.
Participate in any special projects at management’s request.
Consistent attendance is required to successfully perform essential job requirements.
All other duties as assigned.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This position is a Full Time position. Days and hours of work are during our office work hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Appropriate State license(s).
Completion of CISR or currently enrolled in ARM, AU, or CPCU program.
Two-year associate college degree required; four-year college degree preferred.
Extensive knowledge of all lines of commercial insurance, including sophisticated and less common coverages, especially those products represented through agency.
Thorough knowledge of brokerage operations including claims handling, procedures, commercial lines rating, agency management system, and applicable insurance laws/codes.
Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques.
Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of self-motivation and self-direction.
