Description:
Will play a crucial role in operating, maintaining, and expanding our highly productive and profitable agricultural sites, mainly at Moli’i. With a strong emphasis on high-quality local food production, crop diversification, and enhancing the KualoaGrown brand. Will be responsible for implementing responsible and sustainable agricultural practices with the expectation of creating visually appealing growing areas that can seamlessly integrate with and enhance our various tour operations that occur throughout ranch property. Will be required to contribute and align practices with the mission and overarching goal of the KualoaGrown brand to produce safe, high-quality products raised in an environmentally, sustainable manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field preferred with a minimum of 2 years experiene with farm management and managing personnel. Must be proficient in general farm management practices and a highly organized self-starter with excellent observational skills, self-management abilities, and independent problem-solving skills. A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers and leadership required. Needs to be computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with equipment or infrastructure maintenance and repair is a plus.
Schedule:
Full-time. Open availability to include weekends and holidays required.
