Schedule:

5:00 AM – 1:00PM, Mon-Fri. Also work half days (5:00 – 9:00 PM) on weekends with additional OT pay.

Compensation:
$18.50/hr

Working within the Kansasville Hatchery/Farm – our associates are responsible for (but not limited to):

Places eggs in incubator trays
Transfers trays from incubator to hatchery and removes paper wads from between eggs to make room for hatching.
Transfers hatched ducklings from trays to boxes and counts out prescribed number of ducklings to each box section.
Supplies baby ducks to other workers for sexing, grading, and inspections.
Spend 20% of the workday sanitizing stations for the following work day
Taking caring care of the mother ducks and make sure they are feed and watered
Cleaning habitats for Mother ducks

Successful Candidates should:

Be at their current job for 6 months for longer
Have a solid and verifiable work history (little or no gaps in employment)
Lift 35-50lbs
Have a High School diploma or GED
Comfortable working in the open-elements
Be punctual and self – disciplined
