Event Coordinator – Concert in the Corn
Northern Clearing is looking to hire a full time Concert in the Corn Event Coordinator to work in our Ashland, WI Office. This position will have various duties associated with Planning, Budgets, Marketing, Sales, and social media surrounding the Concert in the Corn.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Budgeting
Assist with Performer Selection & Contracts
Vendor Coordination
Sponsorships
Volunteer Coordination
Event Logistics
Tickets
Customer Service- Responding to Customer Questions
Creating Marketing Media Social Media Management
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will possess an extensive skill set and qualifications that work together to manage events efficiently. Specifically, they will need to be punctual, well organized, have great communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being a team player and able to take direction from others.
Event Planning Experience Recommended
