Required Experience & Qualifications

• Some farming / vegetable gardening
• Some customer service
• Landscape Maintenance
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to perform manual work, lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers and staff
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, tenacity and strong work ethic
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Farmer in various farm tasks such as:
• Weeding
• Harvesting
• Planting
• Maintain good relationships with clients
• Adhere to Farmscape best practices
• Represent Farmscape in a friendly and professional manner

Compensation & Benefits
$20-$24 hr. Benefits for full-time employees include: Health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer matching, FSA & Dependent Care plan, Paid vacation, access to company vehicle and mileage reimbursement when needed.

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
