Snow Hill Farm, located one hour north of NYC, is seeking an experienced individual to run sales, finance and administration of our USDA organic farm. This is a high impact position. Salary is competitive and based on experience. Snow Hill Farm is an equal opportunity employer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Support customer facing operations including, sales and marketing including online farm store, weekly marketing email blasts, and marketing farm products to local restaurants and markets.
· Responsible for ordering/maintaining supplies for farm and office.
· Develop annual business plan and maintain growing and harvest records for annual organic certification.
· Work with staff to plan seasonal produce gardens
· Handle entire customer order process from invoice to harvest to delivery.
· Responsible for all finance and administration tasks.
Skills & Characteristics:
· An individual with management experience preferred
· Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance diverse projects simultaneously
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
· Experience using Weebly and Square preferred, but not required
· Ability to think critically, and analyze work
· Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
