Farm Equipment Operator in New Castle, IN

Falmouth Farm Supply, Inc, is family-owned, multi-location grain, fertilizer, crop protection, feed, fuel, and seed operation proudly serving our farming community since 1965. We have locations in Millville, Falmouth and Glenwood, Indiana. We also provide services including custom application, crop consulting and precision soil analysis.

We’re hiring a full-time Farm Equipment Operator – Custom Applicator to join our team in New Castle, IN (about 20 miles south of Muncie). In this role you will be operating farm and heavy equipment such as sprayers, spreaders, and semi-trucks. In addition to operating the agricultural equipment you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairing equipment.

Responsibilities:
Operate farm and heavy equipment such as sprayers, spreaders, and semi-trucks.
Maintain and repair the farm and heavy equipment.
Operate tender trucks.
Help in the daily operations of running a chemical/fertilizer plant.
Make fuel deliveries if needed.

Qualifications:
Prior agriculture or farming experience.
Knowledge of agriculture application equipment.
Experience in equipment maintenance.
Ability to get required applicator licenses.
Have a CDL or willing to obtain.
