About Maple Lawn Farm
2022 is in the books!
Each season brings something new in preparation for the next. Farming is truly a work environment unlike any other.
Most people think grain farming is over once the crops are harvested. The pace is slower… but maybe the spring season has really just begun? Need to schedule some time off or run some errands before work? We can make that happen!
So yes, it’s a slower pace in the winter but make no mistake, the team is working hard to make sure the equipment is ready for spring planting. Like working in a nice shop with heated floors- we’ve got you covered.
Do you have dealership experience? Had your fill of all the corporate bureaucracy, buyouts and consolidation? Are you really valued for your experience and training? Are you appreciated for your loyalty or just a source of more income to corporate? Maybe you just need a change of pace?
No drama here. We’re family owned AND operated. Like working with an experienced team that wants to include and build on your skills? Do you want to get more experience on effectively using precision ag? This might be your chance to become part of a successful farm that has a long history of innovation. We adopted precision ag (GPS, Auto steer, etc.) well over a decade ago.
We don’t run or keep fixing junk. We only get one chance to plant or harvest a crop so you can set your clock on the fact we only invest in good equipment that’s well taken care of. Our team value’s the fact that “If we take care of the equipment, it will take care of us.”
Spring and Fall are busy! Do you like being part of an experienced team that’s got your back under pressure? Do you like the satisfaction of looking across a field of corn or beans knowing you were part of that accomplishment?
Have heavy equipment experience? We do. It’s something that sets us apart from other operations. It’s not uncommon for us to clear fencerows, dip ditches or take on an occasional construction job during the off season. Clean farms and good drainage are fundamental to profitability with our farm and our landowners.
If you have the skills and are looking to upgrade your career where you feel like you’re making a difference, then contact us. We believe that you and your family deserve more than just a paycheck. Farming is our business AND lifestyle – unlike any other.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of a great farm operation.
