Ingstan Farms is a family owned farm founded in 1984 as a wholesale flower farm. We have multiple greenhouses and outdoor space for flower production which continues through October, and begins again in January. Production for field crops such as pumpkins, sunflowers, gourds, and more continues through the summer for our retail farm market.

Jobs at the farm include but are not limited to:

• Planting
• Watering
• Loading / unloading trucks
• Moving plants to production areas
• Operating pot filling machine
• Field Harvesting
• General labor

Farm operations continue under most weather conditions

Opportunities can expand into our retail farm market which operates from May through October selling live plants and produce.

Candidates should be able to:

• Work on their feet for a full day
• Handle heavy lifting up to 50lbs regularly
• Walk long distances
• Follow instructions
• Work in all kinds of conditions (rain, heat, cold, snow)
• Have dependable transportation

This is a seasonal position. Hours can vary and may be as high as 40 hours per week during peak times and less during slower times. Peak seasons are April, May, June, September, and October.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.13 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekend availability

• Hammonton, NJ 08037: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
