Farm Hand in Seffner, FL

Job Description

Our farm is looking to hire a dependable and hard-working Farm Hand with agriculture experience, specifically with livestock.

We are a swine and cattle farm located in Seffner, FL and this person must be confident and comfortable working with the animals. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.

Some of the daily duties for this position includes:

• Feeding and care of animals: hogs, hunting dogs, cattle, and chickens.
• Build/repair fencing and pens
• Land and lawn maintenance
• Operate tractors and equipment
• Ability to drive trucks with trailers
• Assist with trapping and transport of live feral hogs
• Other farm duties as required

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older and ability to work outside
• Must have experience working on a farm and working with livestock on a full time basis
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record IS A MUST!
• Clean background check
• Able to work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and/or evenings.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
