Farm Hand/Equipment Operator in Manter, KS 67862

Pay will be based on experience.

This job includes on the job training.

Responsibilities:
– Operate and maintain heavy equipment for various farming tasks
– Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
– Use hand tools and power tools for various farming activities
– Perform mixing of fertilizers and pesticides
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
– Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining heavy equipment
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
– Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in farming
– Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders, or forklifts is a plus
