Job Description

This salaried position includes all aspects of row crop management and general labor at Hanson Farms, a corn and soybean operation near Elbow Lake, MN.

Responsibilities / requirements

Operating heavy equipment (combines, tractors, semi’s, sprayers, skidsteers, etc.)
Seed tendering, and general maintenance and repair of the facilities, grounds and equipment.
Ability to work independently on various farm tasks.
Valid drivers license

Compensation / benefits

Salaried position. 401k match after the first year
$4k yearly medical allowance
Annual performance bonus
Very flexible hours
Heated shop with attached office
