This salaried position includes all aspects of row crop management and general labor at Hanson Farms, a corn and soybean operation near Elbow Lake, MN.

Responsibilities / requirements

  • Operating heavy equipment (combines, tractors, semi’s, sprayers, skidsteers, etc.)
  • Seed tendering, and general maintenance and repair of the facilities, grounds and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently on various farm tasks.
  • Valid drivers license

Compensation / benefits

  • Salaried position. 401k match after the first year
  • $4k yearly medical allowance
