Company Description

De Baca Land & Cattle, LLC operations include farming, ranching and a feedyard in several counties in New Mexico and Texas. While the ranches and feedyard might need occasional help, the primary job is on the farm which produces wheat, corn and alfalfa (all big bales with modern equipment).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Farm Hand at De Baca Land & Cattle, LLC in Fort Sumner, NM. The Farm Hand will be responsible for day-to-day farm operations and tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural work or related field
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of basic farm equipment and maintenance
• Ability to follow instructions and work well independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 125 per week
