Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming and a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, and general farm operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to daily tasks and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in various outdoor environments.

Duties

• Assist with daily farm operations
• Maintain and repair farm equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Operate heavy machinery as needed for various farming activities.
• Supervise other farm workers or interns during specific tasks or projects.
• Participate in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in gardens and greenhouses.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist with welding tasks as required for equipment repairs or modifications.

Experience

• Familiarity with operating heavy equipment is essential.
• Skills in equipment repair and maintenance are highly desirable
• Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their skills and knowledge relevant to the responsibilities outlined above. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 80 per week
