Full Time Farm Hand in Nebraska

Taylor Farms is looking for an experienced Farm Hand to join their diverse, fast paced family operation in Goodland, Kansas. The Farm Hand must have a strong work ethic and have 3-5 years of farming experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

· $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience

· Year end bonus

Job Duties:

· Operate planters, tractors and other farm equipment as needed

· Assist with harvest: running combine and grain cart

· Drive semi – truck

· Assist with irrigation

· Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment

· Assist with cattle as needed

Schedule: Hours vary based on season
· Busy season: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekends for irrigation and maintenance

· Off season: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Farm Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. A CDL is not required, but preferred. The Farm Hand will be required to get their CDL.
