Farm Hand / Laborer in Goodland, KS

Job Description

We are a family operated farm that is looking for an individual to help with center pivot irrigation maintenance as well as other aspects of the farm.

Job duties would include irrigation pivot and motor maintenance as well as tractor and truck driving, help with cattle and daily chores. CDL not required but preferred.

We offer bonus pay and supply beef to all our employees. We also supply a pickup and the tools (if needed) to do the job at hand and housing can be provided if needed as well.

Health insurance is available with employer contributions.

We give 10 days to 2 weeks of paid time off around Christmas to all employees and work with individuals to get them time off at other times of the year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
