Farm Laborer

We are seeking an energetic, independent and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the agricultural industry and will be able to perform strenuous physical work for long periods of time.

The Farm Laborer will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift heavy items regularly and pay close attention to detail throughout their workday. Must have valid drivers license.

Responsibilities:

• Receive on-the-job training from supervisor.
• Perform maintenance on equipment
• Operate farm equipment
• Grain hauling
• Perform daily farm labor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Idaville, IN 47950: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Farming: 1 year (Preferred)
