Farm Laborer in Haswell, CO

Britten Gold Track Farms

Are you an experienced and hardworking Farm Laborer in search of a year-round, full-time position? Look no further than our family farm located near Haswell, Colorado.

We specialize in raising dryland crops such as corn, millet, milo, and wheat. Our farm is nestled in the middle of nowhere, but the center of everything, with several reservoirs just a half-hour drive away for all of your outdoor recreational needs. We are also located in one of the best school districts in the state.

We are looking for an individual with a clean MVR and valid license, who is capable of obtaining a medical card and/or CDL if necessary. While experience operating tractors and other farm equipment is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual. Our ideal applicant will have general knowledge of farming activities, including tilling ground, spraying, fertilizing, seeding, planting, harvesting, crop transportation, and on-farm storage. You should also be capable of performing general maintenance and repairs on a daily basis.

During the off-season, which typically runs from November or December until March or April, you will assist with driving semi-trucks hauling grain to market, as well as basic equipment maintenance and minor to major repairs in our heated shop.

We are a non-smoking and drug-free environment. A pickup will be provided to fulfill your farming duties, and housing is available for the right individual. Pay is commensurate with experience. If you are ready to join our family farm team and contribute to our success, please contact Shelby Britten at 719-892-0162.
