Farm Manager in Montague, MA

Falls Farm LLC is seeking a full-time Farm Manager to join our team. Position requires a minimum of 5+ years of organic produce farming experience, including strong understanding of agricultural practices, soil management, crop planting and rotation and orchard management.

Experience with organic produce farming practices and prior processing, distribution and packing experience required. Supervision of 2-4 employees and excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
