Progressive No-Till Farm in central Kansas is hiring for a Farm Manager.
Duties to include, but not limited to: Manage the day to day operations of all farm operations. Oversee up to 11 employees including seasonal help. Scout crops, operate modern John Deere equipment, operate grain facility, write and execute fertilizer and seeding prescriptions and have a good sense of farm logistics.
Skills required: Managerial experience, extensive operational experience, high level communication skills, team focused mentality and technology experience.
