Farm Manager in Stuttgart, AR

An east Arkansas farmer is seeking a Full Time manager for their row-crop farm.
JOB DUTIES

Managing farm employees
Working alongside employees
Works without supervision
Manages 8,000+ acres of buckshot farm land
Ability to manage a large grain system
Knowledge of operation and light repair of farm implements
Communicate with consultants and vendors as needed
Manage crop irrigation as needed (pivot and poly pipe systems)
Coordinate logistics of employees and machinery across a wide area
Drive grain trucks from the fields to grain driers, CDL a plus

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver’s License
Previous farm management experience
Ability to operate farm machinery
Able to work 7 days a week as needed

Work vehicle provided.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:

12 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed
