“`Duties“`

– Operate and maintain all and seed production equipment as needed
– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
– Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
– Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble parts as needed
– Fabricate and weld components when necessary
– Use power tools and equipment to complete repairs
– Test and inspect vehicles to ensure proper functioning
– Perform general farm labor

– Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
– Proficient in electrical and hydraulic systems
– Familiarity with power tools and equipment
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail

Skills:
– Power tools: Proficiency in using a variety of power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
– Electrical: Knowledge of electrical systems in vehicles and ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues
– Hydraulics: Understanding of hydraulic systems and ability to troubleshoot hydraulic problems
– Mechanic: Skilled in performing mechanical repairs on vehicles and equipment
– Heavy lifting: Ability to lift heavy objects or equipment as required for repairs or maintenance tasks
