The small farm campus includes a Wellness Hut, a Tiny TeaHouse with Farm Store, Community Classroom and Plant Nursery.
This unique farm allows residents to live sustainably while having a farm campus with shared resources to have their own successful farm related project, farm related wellness business, or residents can participate in the community farm nursery and events.

There are a total of 4 farm leaders and each partner gets approximately 1/5 acre of private space for your own house, the far partners all have access to 3 acres of shared farm land and community amenities.

Property Details:
• Utilities: Electrical hookups and Fiber Optic Internet Service available. Septic and well are part of a shared community system with a small additional monthly fee.
