We’re looking for a Farm & Ranch Hand to help with livestock care, property maintenance, and equipment operation. Responsibilities include cattle care, fencing, farm upkeep, and machinery use for planting and harvesting. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about agriculture.

Responsibilities:

• Operate modern farm equipment, including tractors and machinery used for planting and harvesting.
• Perform general farm maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.
• Drive a semi to assist with transporting crops, livestock, and supplies.
• Assist with calving, fencing, and daily cattle care to ensure the well-being of the herd.
• Maintain water sources to provide clean, fresh water for livestock.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work

• Can think ahead and see what needs to be done
• Brings a positive attitude—even on tough days

Our days vary with the seasons—longer hours during calving, planting, and harvest, but lighter days in the winter. Weekends are rotated, so you’ll have time to recharge.
