Job Title: Part-Time Farm Worker
Location: Three Collie Farm, Yulee, FL
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: 15 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Farm Worker to join our team to assist with daily operations on our farm. This position involves working outdoors, caring for animals, and helping maintain a clean and productive environment. If you enjoy working with animals and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed, water, and monitor the health of farm animals (e.g., chickens, goats, cows, donkeys, alpacas, etc.)
• Clean animal stalls, pens, and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene
• Assist with weeding, planting, and basic garden maintenance
• Refill hay, feed, and bedding supplies as needed
• Support general farm upkeep and light maintenance tasks
• Follow all safety and animal welfare guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior farm or animal care experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to and from the farm
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Sense of humor
• Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems

Compensation:

• Hourly wage based on experience
• Opportunities for additional hours during peak seasons

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.93 – $19.87 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
