Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Perform various farming tasks, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
– Operate heavy equipment and farm machinery to prepare fields and maintain crops
– Practice animal husbandry techniques to care for livestock and ensure their well-being
– Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery as needed
– Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements, quantities, and budgets
– Use power tools and hand tools to complete various farming tasks
– Monitor weather conditions and adjust farming practices accordingly
– Implement pest control measures to protect crops from damage
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in farming or a related field is required
– Knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques
– Ability to operate heavy equipment and farm machinery safely and efficiently
– Familiarity with animal husbandry principles and practices
– Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
– Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
– Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $28.85 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
