Field Agronomy Manager in North Dakota

We are seeking an experienced Field Agronomy Manager to oversee our soil biology, fertility, and crop planning division to ensure the successful growth of crops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, field management, and soil biology.

## Responsibilities
– Manage and supervise all aspects of soil fertility and crop planning for current and prospective farms.

-Develop relationships with growers throughout the region.
– Manage all aspects of our soil sampling system to ensure proper biology and fertility of farm fields.
– Utilize power tools, hand tools, and probes for various tasks.
– Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize crop yield and quality.
– Conduct soil sampling and analysis to determine nutrient requirements for crops.
– Maintain accurate records of samples and crop plans.

## Skills
– Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery
– Strong understanding of growing techniques for various crops
– Familiarity with farm management practices and agricultural operations
