Role
As a Turkey Farm Supervisor (also known as Poultry Farm Manager, Livestock Supervisor), you’ll provide supervision and support for assigned Seasonal turkey growers. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records of flock performance, ensuring compliance with best management practices, diagnosing and treating diseases, and maintaining constant contact with Seasonal growers. You’ll also participate in weekly production meetings, assist in projecting weekly performance estimates, and complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science or Animal Science strongly preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required (without Bachelor’s degree).
Thorough knowledge of the processes, diseases, and medications of live turkey operations.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Working knowledge of common word processing and spreadsheet software.
Ability to lift, handle, load, and unload supplies and materials up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license.
