General Farm Worker in Marion, AR

Job Description:

The Feed and Agricultural Farm Worker will fully assist the Soybean Breeding Program during the 2023 Spring/Summer season. The responsibilities of the job include threshing single plants, cleaning seed, packaging seed, and lining seed up to plant. Other miscellaneous activities are also involved.

The candidate must have agricultural experience, and home gardening experience will not count.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to carry 50 lbs. and wear safety equipment.
• Ability to operate a tractor, forklift, and basic mechanical knowledge preferred.

Some traveling and overnight trips may be required

Duration: 6 Months contract

Pay Rate: $16/hr.

Shifts: General shift

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $16.00 per hour
